Wonderful city so much to do and see, stayed at Alani hotel and spa, £25 a night, stayed for 7 nights, clean and staff very friendly, lovely pool on rooftop, Ba Na hills is a must same as Hoi An.

Booked the sea view suite which comes with 2 double beds. Room was spacious and clean and beds and pillows were comfy. Liked they have many power outlets around the room and at accessible areas to charge our devices at the same time. There were many channels on TV too so it kept us entertained in the room. View from balcony overlook My Khe beach and can see Lady Buddha statue from far. Bathtub was big and spacious but water pressure from shower head was very low but it seemed across the standards in Vietnam. Breakfast was below my expectations and I have not much appetite looking at the food. Servers at restaurants seem uninterested and only wanted to gather and talked among themselves at the egg station and took a long time to discover food was dropped and coffee spilled on the floor etc. Booked massage for one night and it was a fabulous session by Tien but when I booked her again next day and reception confirmed it will be her again, turned up another older lady who was just mediocre and felt like wasting my money. Feedback to reception when I checked out and they gave me a small discount.

Great hotel right near the beach. Beautiful view, lovely hot shower. Delicious breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool, close to lots of 7/11s and restaurants. Highly recommend. Staff were very helpful and friendly. My Khe beach is absolutely beautiful. We will be back

We stayed for three nights at Alani Hotel & Spa Da Nang. Our room on the 11th floor was facing the beach. It was an excellent view and we all love it! The service from the staff was impeccable. All were full of smiles and polite. In particular, Mario is a staff who attended to us many times during our stay. From helping with our luggage to lending us an umbrella on a rainy day as well as giving us tips on the nice restaurants to have dinner at. We will definitely come back to Alani Hotel & Spa on our next visit to Da Nang!

The staff here were super-awesome. They assisted us with coordination for ealy checkin over phone since we had landed early, while we were waiting at a nearby Cafe. They helped us sterilise my infant's bottles. On one occasion where she got hurt, they immediately arranged some ice. Everytime we went out or came in, they assisted us with the Pram over the stairs (5-6 steps at the main entrance). Thanks to all the wonderful staff at the Hotel.
